See attached Sketch Plan WV - 1 showing location of trees. Attachment A gives a Schedule of Work for trees numbered E01 to E43 between a close boarded fence and a post and wire fence to the east side of the property Willow Vale. (The land between the post and wire fence and the close boarded fence is part of Willow Vale property.) This line of trees which are mainly Leylandii or Cypress have been partially cut down during their lifetime and are now due for further arboreal attention. Attachment B gives a Schedule of Work for trees inside the close boarded fence numbered GE01, and S01 to S15. Tree GE01, which is close to the corner of a garage which was relocated in 2015. Tree numbers S01 to S15 formed a line of Leylandii to the southern boundary of the Willow Vale and formed a screen in front of the adjoining property, "The Spinney". These Leylandii have been pruned heavily back to the fence line by the builder and the current owner following approval of the SDC.
