We are negotiating the purchase of Vista House at Bascote, Southam and also looking to separately purchase from a local farmer half an acre of partly scrubland and partly agricultural land directly to the rear adjoining the boundary to use as garden (growing vegetables, fruit trees, keep a few chickens). There is a public footpath nearby which will not be affected by the purchase of this land
