Bay tree at rear of property. Planted in the last 15 years by previous occupants. Now at about 5m tall and close to the kitchen wall of our own and neighbour's property (32 Nursery Road). To be felled and stump grinded due to excessive shading, blocking out light from rear first floor windows and concerns of impact of roots to property. Happy to plant a tree at bottom of garden if needed but not as closer to property as currently. CONS: HAR/CA32
