On inspection the oak at the bottom left corner of the garden is leaning at a 25degree angle towards the property and that of the neighbouring property, overhanging the boundary of the property and the District Council car park in Rookery Close. Roots protruding in garden of 27 are becoming a hazard to the occupants and demonstrate that the tree leans The owner, Mr. Lloyd, has monitored the tree over the last 12 years and noted that the lean increases year on year.
