Variation of condition 1 following planning approval PL/2022/00877/PPRM dated 03.11.2022 for reserved matters consent sought for the development of 109 dwellings within the outline site required by condition No. 3 relating to the reserved matters of layout, appearance and landscaping pursuant to planning permission reference PL/2021/03201/PPOL. Namely: Amend upper section of Blocks B (Plots 37-40) and C (Plots 49-52) to remove duplex elements and create single level units and remove openings and external terraces to comply with fire regulations.
