TO: Carparking spaces and bin store only are hereby approved in accordance with details shown on approved amended drawing number PL100D dated July 2021 in approved application PL/2022/02322/PPFL, while the proposed bike store can be relocated to the rear garden as detailed on drawing number PL101 REV D submitted in application PL/2022/02322/PPFL, but excludes bin details on drawing PL101REV D. Thereafter all shall be retained for their purposes at all times. In the interests of satisfactory and efficient parking in accordance with policy P8 of the Solihull Local Plan 2013.
