Silver Birch back garden-purple dot on map, request to remove the tree due to soil being removed by our neighbour at 1 Hawton Crescent, reducing the stability of tree. Cherry Tree back garden-blue dot on map, request to remove the tree as a large amount of soil and roots have been removed by our neighbour without prior discussion or permission from us or you. The Cherry and Birch trees are right by the boundary line and have now lost all roots and soil on our neighbour's side of the fence. We are now concerned about the safety of the Birch and Cherry trees. We would choose to plant smaller shrubs in the back garden rather than trees due to the limited space and close proximity to the house.
