Residential apartments have been removed; all upper floors will be used as office space. 3. Internal layouts have been revised, and window glazing specifications updated for commercial use. 4. Staircase 2 now terminates at the first floor; its extension to the fourth floor has been omitted, and the fourth-floor footprint reduced. 5. The bin store extension is now proposed as a kitchen for the drinking establishment, slightly enlarged to align with the existing basement. The bin store remains an open space, enclosed by fencing. 6. Elevations have been slightly modified to reflect these changes.
