North facing aspect of tree has some exposed root system, the owner has viewed the tree moving violently in windy conditions and has concerns that the tree would fail and fall onto the Childrens play area adjacent. Sectional fell to ground level. The owner has expressed a wish to plant replacement trees in the area 'a' on plot.
