Tree is mature and overgrown, sitting within1 meter of the property next to the front door. The tree has already caused damage to the roof of the property and if left there are potential devastating affects to the structure of the building with it being so close. Tree 2 - Large Thuja tree at the rear of the property. Tree is within 3m of the the property and blocking a lot of sunlight coming into the rear of the house with it being a south facing garden. There are also concerns of long term structural damage to the property.
