T1- Mature strawberry tree located at the rear (east) side of the property. The tree has been heavily suppressed by a eucalyptus (no longer present) resulting in an asymmetrical crown with the tree leaning towards the north. Work would be to re-balance the crown by carrying out a 1.5 to 2m reduction, focussing on the north side. T2- A row of Leyland cypress stood north of the building in close proximity, have become too big for their location and are encroaching on to the property. Some of the trees are in bad condition with discolouration and die back in the canopies. Work would entail dismantling and removing the trees to be replaced by something more suitable for the location.
