We would like to remove and replant the silver birch that is right outside our front door to the front of our drive because the tree is to big for the drive way now.it is also shading the house which is creating mould in the bedroom also covering mine and next doors car in sap and seeds which is damaging the cars paint to which my neighbours are getting a little cross
