Proposal
The tree is situated at the rear of the property. The tree seems to be in fair condition but showing signs of some major deadwood within the tops of the crown. In order to remove all the dead wood and compact the crown to allow to new generation, we would like to reduce the tree by two meters, with a 25% thin and to raise the crown by one meter.
