T1 Horse Chestnut - Applying for a 3 meter all round canopy reduction The tree had a major limb failure during a storm last winter from one of the limbs across the entrance to the car park Workers at Community links Oakwood hall who hold liability to visiting clients would obviously like to reduce the risk of this happening again. Therefore, a 3 meter all round canopy reduction would help mitigate the risk of this circumstance reoccurring, as a more compact and balanced canopy would make the tree safer - reducing the weakened or overextended branches that could fall and damage property, cars or visitors during high winds.
