(Identical application submitted 14th May 2007) - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 07/03553/FU - A minor change to the layout and external finish to the approved theatre. The theatre formed part of the extensive works approved under 07/03553/FU which was in turn a S73 to 30/618/05/FU major works to the school. Non-material amendment 21/9/00142/MOD agreed a change to the northern elevation of the theatre on the basis of the sports centre extension not being constructed. This NMA seeks to finalise the design for the approved theatre to allow it to be constructed largely as originally intended. The location and footprint of the theatre remain the same with just non-material changes to the external finish/design and internal layout.
