Proposal

T1 Norway Spruce - Lift the lower crown to give an approximate clearance of 4-5 metres from ground level as potential to cause injury if walking beneath this. G2 Beech hedge - Remove this section and grind out the stumps as potential to cause damage to neighbouring garage. G4 Conifer group - Remove the group to ground level and grind out all stumps. These are causing lifting of paving stones. This a potential trip hazard. Potential for roots to cause damage to house. T22 Holly - Height is approx 15m high, would like to reduce this by 5m as it has not been correctly maintained. G17 Conifer group - Fell the group as causing issues with neighbours guttering and property due to close proximity. See email with additional photos - large branch fallen onto roof of neighbouring property due to storm Eunice. Replant with something such as silver birch and Photinia. T16 Poplar - Remove the dying tree to ground level, grind out the stump. Risk of falling and causing damage to property or significant harm/death to people. T15 Conifer - Cut back to clear the neighbouring property by approximately 2-3 metres due to close proximity. T14 Cedar - Lift the lower crown to achieve a 3 metre clearance from ground level and remove the major dead wood from the canopy. Lower branches risk of potential causing head injury when in close proximity. G13 Conifer group - Remove the group on the Southern boundary to ground level and grind out the stumps. Trees have now outgrown their surroundings. Potentially impacting on sycamore, horse chestnut trees in neighbouring garden. G11 Conifer group - Remove the group to ground level and grind out the stumps. Causing issues with neighbouring property's roof. G10 Goat Willow x2 - Remove the two trees to as close to ground level as possible as in very poor condition. G9 Conifer hedge - Fell the group due to close proximity to neighbouring property. Replant with something such as silver birch and Photinia
