Variation of condition number 2 and 4 of planning permission 18/06677/FU to reflect changes to the terminus building and general parking arrangement NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 20/02552/FU Amended wording to condition 23: Prior to first use or occupation of any part of the development the highway improvements at the M621 junction 7 (as set out in Condition 22) shall be completed in accordance with the details shown on the approved plans. This shall include the traffic signal timings at M621 junction 7, via Agreement with Highways England, in line with the principles of the timings in the WSP TRANSYT model and reported in the Transport Assessment under application 18/06677/FU. Within four weeks of the site becoming operational a Stage 3 (completion of construction) Road Safety Audit shall be carried out in accordance with DMRB GG 119 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. If, as a result of the Road Safety Audit, remedial highway works are identified, a detailed scheme of these works, including a Road Safety Audit Response Report and timescales for implementation shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority within a further four weeks, and subsequently approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. All works shall then be carried out as agreed.
