The Coach House West Avenue Roundhay Leeds LS8 2JN
Proposal
G1 Holly and laurels - Works are to fell all holly and laurel species within the highlighted area and remove the stumps to prevent regeneration.. They are now excessively tall and blocking out light to the neighbouring property's. The trees are also preventing young deciduous trees from growing and developing. they were planted as a quick screen but have now become a nuisance. Reductions would cause the trees to redevelop un natural and cause long term works.
