Roots from the tree in question are suggested to have raised paving flags and further investigations on their part have uncovered worrying proximity to drainage pipes, concerns regarding the size of the tree, ongoing issues with excessive shading, leaf dropping, sap and seedling dropping into their property. The tree is felt to have low amenity value. Regarding the replanting of any replacement tree. We're happy to accommodate any recommendation.
