Use of part of the property (Flat B) as a private hire operating centre ancillary to the C3 (residential) use of the property, on the basis that: (i) No other staff will be employed at the property; (ii) No customers shall visit the premises; (iii) All chauffeur bookings will be taken by telephone, internet or email.
