T1 Lime – Remove the large shoot/small trees and epicormic growth around the base of the tree. Crown lift any secondary growth from the trunk of the tree to the height of the first main fork. Large shoot growing to the left of the tree reduce the height by 4 metres and spread by 1.5 metres. Reduce the overall height of the tree by 3-3.5 metres and prune the upper shoulders of the tree to shape. Remove deadwood 3cm+ in diameter.
