T1 – PRUNUS, reduce the crown in height and spread by 3-4 meters. Remove deadwood throughout the crown. T3 – LIME, Crown lift the crown over the neighbour’s shed by 1.5-2 meters to provide 2 meters clearance from the roof. Remove deadwood over the neighbour’s shed ONLY T4 – LONDON PLANE, reduce limb leading towards the property by 2.5-3 meters. Thin the area approximately 5 meters up to provide clearance within the main fork by the removal of 2-3 select limbs, which will increase a little more light to penetrate through the lower canopy. Match the opposite side to balance. Reduce the bottom half of the crown on the property side 2.5-3 meters to reduce the encroachment and minimize the over the property. Remove major deadwood throughout the canopy.
