We have a maple tree in our back garden which I believe has a TPO on which we were advise when purchasing the house. We would like to remove tree as birds leave large amounts of droppings on the grass in the summer months and having 5 grand children running around the garden things get a little mess and is a health risk to the grandchildren thanks for your consideration Rob Kenny
