Non-Material Amendment to BH2023/00832 for alterations to the replacement building approved in Area 7. The building footprint will remain as approved apart from a small infill extension of the eastern elevation up to the existing kennel building. The approved site plan already shows this and therefore there is no need to amend that drawing. The roof would be no taller than approved but its shape would be simplified from a central apex with 4 different roof heights to 2 mono-pitched roofs. The South elevation would change from open mesh screen and 2 glazed doors to solid walls with 10 windows. The external wall materials would match the approved walls on the other elevations (Wall cladding - Steadmans microrib PVC plastisol coated galvanised steel in Grey and Olive Green flashing). The window frames would be as approved on the other elevations (double glazed aluminium framed in RAL 7016 - Gunmetal Grey). The North elevation would change from 3 glazed doors and 7 windows to 1 glazed door and 10 windows. The external wall materials would be as approved (Wall cladding - Steadmans microrib PVC plastisol coated galvanised steel in Grey and Olive Green flashing) and the window frames would be as approved (double glazed aluminium framed in RAL 7016 - Gunmetal Grey). The doors would be removed from the end walls (East and West elevations) and the external wall materials would be as previously approved (Wall cladding - Steadmans microrib PVC plastisol coated galvanised steel in Grey and Olive Green flashing).
