This application surrounds a small line of mature trees overhanging into the garden of 7 Manor Road, South Wingfield. These trees are positioned in the garden of 1 Manor Road, South Wingfield. Part of this application also concerns 3 trees within 7 Manor Road. The line of trees at 1 Manor Road consists of Laurel, Conifer, Goat Willow and Ash. All these trees have low hung branches resting on the boundary fence and covering a lot of of the garden at no. 7. The proposal is to carry out a small lift on all the overhanging lower branches to reduce pressure on the fence and to enable accessibility to that part of the garden. There is no application to remove any height or large limbs. Within no. 7 and close to the above line of trees, is a large mature Copper Beech and Yew tree. The application is to lift 2 small branches from the Copper Beech and similar from the Yew. There is also a small unhealthy Lilac tree which has recently lost a limb and the owners spoke to AVBC regarding the state and location of this tree and were given permission to remove it.
