Specimen weighted towards property with branches overhanging garage roof and nearing contact with house apex. Prune to crown lift and reduce on side adjacent to property provide clearance of roof line and reduce potential for future contact with and damage to property. Reducton of material not to exceed 30% of crown volume with some reduction of overall height to maintain balanced shape.
