What is proposed
A further phase of the Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal, to provide rail served development for advanced industrial logistics development comprising Use Class B2 and B8 floorspace, with ancillary office accommodation; a new lorry park with associated amenity hub; research and innovation centre; two road bridges that would connect the site to the existing DIRFT III estate west of the M1 via private roads; landscape enhancements; and a pedestrian and cycle bridge.
