Get found. Get connected. Get hired.
Get found
Homeowners with an approved project search by trade and area, and architects look for builders to recommend to their clients and invite to tender. Your listing shows your trades, where you work and how to reach you.
Get connected
Architects and consultants are in the same directories. Be the builder an architect recommends when their client's scheme gets the go-ahead.
Get hired
Enquiries come straight to your inbox, free. Want to be first in the door? Leads emails you new planning applications in your trade and area as councils publish them.
Why add your business
No trade scheme needed
You do not have to belong to TrustMark, the FMB or any other scheme to be listed. If you are on a scheme's register, your listing shows its badge.
Found for the work you actually do
Choose your trades, from extensions, lofts and new builds to roofing, windows, heating and landscaping, so you appear when someone searches for them near you.
Enquiries, not middlemen
People contact you directly from your listing. No commission, no paying per enquiry, no bidding against other trades.
Show your work, free
Showcase up to 10 projects with photos, list your accreditations, and where a planning application names your business we link it to your listing too.
Want the work before anyone asks?
A listing brings enquiries to you. Leads goes further: it emails you new planning applications in your trade and area as councils publish them, so you can be in touch while the homeowner is still choosing who to hire. Discharges, amendments and other paperwork are left out. It is an optional paid plan; your listing stays free either way.

Common questions
Does it cost anything to add my business?
No. Adding your business, keeping it up to date and receiving enquiries are all free, with no commission and no charge per enquiry. Leads, which emails you new planning applications in your trade and area, is an optional paid plan.
How quickly does my listing go live?
Straight away, if we can confirm it is yours: your account's email address is at your website's domain (for example you@yourfirm.co.uk for yourfirm.co.uk), or the Companies House number you give belongs to an active company with the same name. Otherwise a person checks it first, and we email you as soon as it is live.
Who can see my details?
Your listing is public, so anyone can see your business's name and area, and the contact details you choose to add, such as your website and phone number. The email address you sign in with is never shown: enquiries are sent to it, and you reply from your account.
Can I change my listing later?
Yes, any time, from your account, and it is all free: your description, contact details, what you do and where you work, plus project photos for architects and builders.
What if my business is already listed?
Then claim it instead of adding a new one. When you enter your name and postcode we search all three directories first, and you select "This is us, claim it" on the right one. Claiming keeps everything already on the listing, including its planning history.
Do I need to be in a trade scheme to be listed?
No. Any genuine UK building or trade business can add itself. Badges such as TrustMark or FMB come from the schemes' own registers: we show them when your business is on that register, not from what is entered on the form.
