Two storey front extension, replace uPVC porch with oak framed porch, white uPVC windows and doors to be replaced with black aluminium, white uPVC rainwater goods to be replaced with black painted wood, red brick quoining window heads and sills replaced with more appropriate brick, replace concrete roof tiles with natural slate finish, 2 no. rooflights to single storey rear elevation, installation of PV panels on South elevation, alterations to ground floor windows on North elevation, remove conservatory and installation of pergola.
