Internal alteration and refurbishment work to the existing dwelling including the following works: 1. New door formed to external store. 2. Partition wall removed and relocated between the Kitchen and Bedroom 2 and create new study/spare bedroom with new door entrance. 3. Partition between the Lounge and Dining Area removed and install new door with glazed panel. 4. Remove existing partition wall and install new partition wall in the bathroom to form a wet room and separate WC. 5. Remove and re-locate boiler flue and install new boiler All new works will be finished to match adjacent finishes (where evident). Existing surfaces throughout will be redecorated, including remedial works to localised areas of damaged or detaching plaster work, and plaster ceilings following historic water damage from flat above.
