Remove the hung-up branch in the upper canopy and inspect the upper canopy region for signs of weakness and foreseeable future failures.

Felling of 1 no. Purple Beech tree of Tree Preservation Order No. 53/2009. Replant appropriate species and form of tree to be agreed. Such as Columnar Beech, or smaller ornamental tree.

Removal of stump of recently removed Monkey Puzzle Tree, proposed replacement planting within Ripon Conservation Area.

Works to Tree within Tree Preservation Order 15/2020. T1 - Beech tree - Failed branches should be removed and stubs that have resulted from these failures should be tidied by pruning. An overall crown reduction to T1 of 2 - 2.5m and a minor reshaping is recommended to reduce the elongated branches that have developed outside the canopy line and to limit the final canopy size, minimising the risk of further branch failures and avoiding large wounds on the stem or branches. Pruning cuts limited to a maximum of 75mm in diameter and works restricted to the outer canopy only.

Felling and removal of 1 no. European Larch tree and 1 no. White Willow tree within Great Ouseburn conservation area.

T1 Deodar Cedar (Cedrus deodara) - Removal of the tree.

Crown lift the lower branches over the driveway to 4 m from ground level, Crown lift the lower branches of the remaining canopy to obtain a clearance of 2.5 m from ground level, Lateral reduction to the western canopy to obtain a clearance of 3m from property and sever ivy at the base and remove from tree of 1no. Copper Beech tree (T1) within Tree Preservation Order 55/2015.

T1 Beech - To fell and remove tree, replant a more suitable species within the border on the driveway. Species to be agreed standard 10-12 cm Girth. Located on driveway, 2 meters from wall. Root damage visible, vascular dysfunction evident - please refer to report for full details.

Crown lift to 5.2m and crown reduction of 2.5 metres or to nearest growth points of 1 no. Oak (T1) and crown lift to 5.2m of 1 no. Horse Chestnut within Tree Preservation Order 79/2021
