Sweet Chestnut (T4): Propose to fell to ground level for safety reasons. In the event of felling, it is proposed to replace the tree with another young sweet chestnut in keeping with the current spread of species, thus extending the character of the environs indefinitely.

Client wishes to fell and replant something in a better position; T3 Conifer - Fell. Tree grows very close to the back of the property and shades the back of the house. Client wishes to fell and develop area underneath the tree with hard landscaping; T4 Beech - Crown raise to 4m all round. Crown clean. Raise to 2.5m over footpath and 5.2m over roadway. No height or spread reduction proposed.
