Renovation of an existing thatched cottage: The cottage is currently partially renovated and the roof thatch has been removed in preparation for replacement. The proposal is to insulate and line the interior of the property to form a one bedroom property and to lay a new thatched roof.
The cottage is currently stripped back to the stone walls and concrete floor on the interior. The roof has recently replaced timber trusses and is sarked in OSB with breather paper and battens.
