Following the recent Deadwood and tree inspection we came across 2 defective limbs that need attention T1 - Lime - Large branch growing towards the Sycamore has large cavity, remove the stem back to the main trunk Cancelled already under 0726/0741 T2 - Lime - Large stem growing over the highway, previous limb failure leaving the remaining stem vulnerable , prune back to suitable replacement branches to reduce the weight, movement and strain on the union

T1 (Birch Tree) to prune lateral branches giving a clearance of 2m from the house roof as there is an overhang; they could potentially cause damage to roof tiles. T2 (Climbing Honysuckle) remove to ground level. The client would like this removed so they can perform maintenance on the side of the house. At the moment any pointing or repair can not be carried out T3 (Climbing Hydrangea) remove to ground level. Replace existing wooden windows with UPVC windows of the same design and replace two existing external doors with new UPVC ones

Listed Building consent - Repair, restoration and internal reconfiguration, together with associated external works. Some urgent repair works have already been undertaken, and the remainder are proposed.

T1 - Sycamore - Dismantle due to it's close proximity to the house and is showing die back in the upper canopy (possibly squirrel damage) T2 - Redwood - Remove the low overextending limb due to the split in the stem G1 - 3 Beech & 1 Lime - Crown lift to highway spec and crown thin by 25% due to excessive shading of the garden and for ongoing maintenance

Replacement/refurbishment of existing first floor bay window.

Shown in the photographs is a cherry which I request to lift to roughly the height indicated by the red line. Growing within the cherry is a large elder, I request to remove that fully.

T1 - Fastigiated Beech - Prune back the overextending branches to upright growth

Works to lime trees over hanging the footpath between Toll Bar Cottage Church Street Baslow Derbyshire DE45 1RY and St Annes Church Church Street Baslow Derbyshire DE45 1RY. Footpath is an old access road that provides access to the River Derwent what three words ///nets.budding.rebounder. Crown lift lime trees (G1) overhanging footpath by up to 2.5m, please see map 1 and photograph 1. Works requested to prevent trees impeding access along the path.

Laburnum tree - to reduce lateral spread on 1 limb growing over drive due to weak union.

the is a farinas excelsior which has been reduced twice before. the tree has extensive dieback is a multi setm with weak unions and water wells. the tree has large cracks and epicormic growth and the customer hopes to remove the tree. the site also has a conifer hedge which they hope to reduce inline with the lowest point of the hedge to improve the gardens aesthetic.

Discharge of conditions 4, 5 and 6 on NP/DDD/0725/0715.

1 Beech tree - to shorten lower lateral branches growing over road by 2-3m. Branches are near phone line.

2 Conifer trees to fell - trees have been reduced in the past.

T1 T1 is a large Fagus sylvatica at the bottom of the driveway. The tree holds a great amount of amenity value from the road and will have no work done to it. T2 T2 is also a large Fagus sylvatica that has previously had all the ivy stripped off of it. It has full canopy and will be left along. T3 The customer aims to retain as much of a boundary as possibly for this reason the acer psudoplatanus that has previously been cut to 10ft will have all epicormic growth removed as they are growing out the cambium and have grown high up and risk snap outs. By retaining the stem the aim is more epicormic growth will sprout leaving a boundary. T4 T4 is a straight stem of beech with no crown. It is covered in ivy has no signs of Ganoderma, and is good standing timber for wildlife and biodiversity. The customer would like to retain this tree if possible. T5 T5 is a Fagus sylvatica infected with Ganoderma. The tree has a heavy lean onto the neighbouring property and likely has butt rot this is a concern for both properties and as a result the plan would be to remove the tree entirely dismantling from a rope and harness and removing timber the retain the driveways aesthetic using the standing stems as habitat. The chip would be used on sight to boost the amenity value of the driveway. T6 T6 is a Fagus sylvatica stem that leans onto the customers driveway. There is no crown or epicormic growth and the tree shows signs of heave at the base. For these reasons we would plan to dismantle this tree as well. From a rope and harness and then remove the timber to retain the aesthetic of the driveway. T7 T7 has rot in the top of the tree where it has been harshly reduced previously. However due to it not having any heavy leans, heave or Ganoderma the customer would prefer to leave the tree un touched. T8 T8 is effected with Ganoderma, has dead stems. Epicormic stress growth, peeling bark, weak unions and heavy leans towards properties. The plan with this tree is to redu

T1 Horse Chestnut Aesculus hippocastanum, removal leaving 2m habitat stem. Reason for removal the tree has a acute included compression fork at a primary union (2m) with large crack forming. This has a increased risk of stem failure.

Installation of new and relocated external openings including doors and windows. Replacement of existing roof covering with natural slate to match existing, including installation of conservation-style rooflights, together with associated internal works

Construction of a new portal frame barn to cover the existing muck store.

T1- Ash tree to undergo a 30% crown thin to reduce the branches through the tree.

Application to re-pollard holly tree and four lime trees. The tree are in the Churchyard but overhang Bradford Road.

T1 - Cherry Tree 30% over all reduction to tree. Tree has a tension crack in one limb, weight will be reduced around this limb to ease pressure. The affected limb will be assessed regularly going forward to monitor. Slight crown raise over foot path and highway

T1 & T2 – Nordman Firs – Dismantle as have outgrown their location and the roots causing concern for the neighboring property – Re-Plant with 2 smaller native trees

T1 – Silver Birch – Dismantle roadside Birch as has excessive decay and hollow stem

Species: yew Work: yew tree to have branches pruned from garden side of The Lodge property. Branches to be pruned back to suitable locations on tree (e.g. branch unions etc) to stop branches from overhanging over railing.
