Located in southerly end of the woodland, 25m from S/E boundary corner, Sycamore showing significant signs of internal rot three feet from ground level approx 30% of internal tree trunk is rotted out completely. Request is to trim back ground level shoots to encourage main tree health and plus a self seeded overhanging honeysuckle in order to reopen tarmac pathway to Maple Close up for use and facilitate erection of stock fence and planting of native hedgerow along boundary (woodland trust grant applied and received, planting to take place Sept/Oct 2026).
