Remove all major dead wood to 3 x Beech trees (T1,T2 &T3) and crown lift the tree nearest Lucas Road (T3) to give 6 metre clearance over the neighbour's drive, reduce the crowns to 3 x Lime trees (T4,T5 &T6) to the previous reduction points - approximately 4.5 metres to be reduced from tree height and 2.5 metres from radial spread and remove all major dead wood and epicormic growth from main stems - this work is required to reduce the risk of material falling and damaging property below and particularly to alleviate the heavy shade that the trees create over the gardens and properties of 9a Lucas Road and the neighbour. Also, the limes are restricted by the size and spread of the adjacent Beech trees and so do not have the space to develop full and well formed crowns. It is therefore appropriate to reduce the size of these trees so that they fit the available space
