To fell one oak tree from Group1 as shown in the Tree Preservation Order. The tree is on the site boundary to the north-west of the group and is the poorer specimen. The tree is also identified as T7 on the Tree Retention Drawing (Landscape Design Solutions (NW) LTD drwg. no. LDS191-02E) which was approved as part of the planning permission. To remove deadwood, crossing and rubbing branches from the oak tree adjacent to the above tree and to the rear of 14 Brook Meadow, shown as T6 on the Tree Retention Drawing. Also to raise the canopy by reducing the lower tier of branches. Carefully re - balance crown.
