Oak tree (Quercus Robur) located in the front garden of 88 Cones (T1 on sketch) - the tree has unfortunately never been maintained by the owner of the house and it is therefore now somewhat overgrown so these remedial works are required to maintain safety and to improve the aesthetic look. The lowest horizontal limb is currently encroaching on the roof of 88 Cones Old Woking Road - reduce by 2m or back to the knuckle (shown in photos) to ensure no damage to the property. The owner would also like a central crown deadwood with a tolerance of 40ml and full epicormic removal from base. There is also Ivy on the trunk which the owner would like severed.
