To build a single storey extension at the rear of the existing kitchen at the rear of the property. The new proposed extension will come out 4.6 meters from the rear wall of the property to come out in line with an existing two storey extension. The side elevation of the proposed extension will be all brick using bricks to match the existing house, the roof will be pitched sloping down from the side wall of the existing two storey extension. It will be slate and will have 2 velux windows in, guttering will be added to take away rain water and will run into an existing drain. The front of the new extension will be glass with aluminium bi-fold doors all double glazed. We will be contracting an architect, a structural engineer and a builder to carry out the work and will comply to all building regulations.
