Original application: 22/02013/HOU Condition 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 Condition 2, Materials: We confirm that the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development herby permitted are as detailed on the planning application form. Condition 4, Arboricultural: Gwydion Howell of GTree has been appointed to supervise and oversee the works affecting the retained trees. Gwydion has been in contact with Danielle, Natural Environment Winchester, and his inspection report is attached. Condition 5, CMS: The Construction Management Method Statement is attached for Approval. 4. Condition 6, Protective Measures for trees: The Tree protection measures have been installed and approved by GTree Ltd. Winchester City Council Tree Department advised that photographs showing the protection should be submitted and these are shown on the attached GTree documents Condition 7, Arboricultural Works: We confirm that no arboricultural works shall be carried out to any tree other than hereby approved and this will be monitored by GTree Ltd. Condition 8 Bat Scoping Report: A Bat Scoping Report has been carried out by Paul Diamond. Of Ecological Surveys Ltd and their report is attached Condition 9, The Mitigation Recommendations: The recommendations set out in the Preliminary Roost and Nest Assessment (PR and NA) prepared by Ecological Surveys Ltd, December 2022 will be adhered to throughout all phases of the development.
