The lower trunk is hollow giving concern to the tenant (occupier) with small children. The lower canopy is in good health, but it shows signs of thinning in the top of the crown. When tapped with a hammer the buttress sounds solid. Reduce by approximately 2-3m to secondary crown with pruning wounds no greater than 75mm as shown in photo provided. (Amended)
