Proposal

T1: London plane - prune to clear building by approximately 4m by reducing the northeast section of the tree by 3-4m back to previous pruning points. Crown lift to approx. 5m by shortening low-hanging, pendulous, twiggy branches only, maintaining a natural undulating lower canopy outline. Thin out water shoots growing on main scaffold limbs by up to 20%, without undertaking an overall crown thin. T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, T7: London plane x 6 - crown lift all trees to approx. 5m by shortening low-hanging, pendulous, twiggy branches only, maintaining a natural undulating lower canopy outline. Thin out water shoots growing on main scaffold limbs by up to 20%, without undertaking an overall crown thin. Prune to clear streetlights by 2m. T8: London plane - crown reduce northwest section of the tree to clear building by approximately 4m by reducing crown by 2-3m back to previous pruning points. Remove plastic bag and large plastic object at the very top of the crown. Note: these works will also allow more light onto new planting.
