Installation of lights & temporary seasonal flower decorations on the columns of the St Marks Church exterior columns. LED string lights proposed to be installed on the full length of the columns and remain in place throughout the year, flower displays to be installed up to 2-3m from the base of the columns and to provide seasonal decoration and will be refreshed 3-4 times per year.
