Alterations in association to the use of the existing building as Class E, and provision of additional space for use as Class E (comprising Class E(c), E(d), E(e) and E(g)(i)). Namely, to allow the reintroduction of previously approved secondary entrance fronting onto Nottingham Place; and amendments to the refuse store.
