The tree is a young sycamore. It has self planted itself very close to the building (circa 40cm) and it is understood that a safe distance for a sycamore is more like 15m from a building given the size they grow to and so I am seeking confirmation that I may remove this tree otherwise it will inevitably damage the building and negatively impact on the flats above.
