Variation of condition 22 of planning permission dated 07 December 2020 (20/03048/FULL as amended by 22/01515/NMA) for 'Demolition of 55-58 Pall Mall and 1-4 Crown Passage, and erection of a new building with a part retained facade comprising basement, ground and six upper floors plus mezzanine with a new raised height mansard roof level, to provide office (Class B1) use at basement, part ground to seventh floor level, and provision of two flexible retail/ restaurant (Class A1/ A3) units at part ground level. Creation of terraces at 5th, 6th floor level and 6th floor mezzanine level, installation of plant, and provision of cycle parking spaces and facilities'. Namely, to allow minor amendments including retaining the foundations and basement slab structure; removing the below slab attenuation tank and replacing with blue roofs and a rainwater harvesting system; adjusting the location of unroofed plant and removing plant areas away from Pall Mall frontage; moving the fire-fighting stair location from the Pall Mall frontage; increasing the rear massing (an increase by 750mm); increase in sixth floor area; and revising the ground and basement floor layouts.
