Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 4th December 2020 (RN 20/02024/FULL) for the Seven-storey rear courtyard extension of the existing office building at the basement, ground, first, second, third, fourth and fifth floor levels; a two storey extension on Harewood Avenue at 7th and 8th floor level and an extension to the Harewood Row/Lisson Grove elevations at third, fourth and fifth floor level for additional office space (Class B1), comprising the relocation of the existing mechanical plant and services; change of use of the existing office space (Class B1) to flexible retail space (Class A1/B1) at part basement, part ground floor at the corner of Harewood Avenue and Harewood Row; upgrade works to the existing entrances along Harewood Avenue and Harewood Row; refurbishment of the existing vehicle entrance on Lisson Grove including an enclosed loading bay; reconfiguration of car parking and cycle parking at the basement level; and the introduction of planting and landscaping to the existing entrance on Marylebone Road. NAMELY, to incorporate amendments including replacement windows, amendment to Marylebone Road and Harewood entrances, change to cladding on rear facade, increased extents of green roofs/planted terraces and increase to the extent of the courtyard facade.
