Amendments to planning permission dated 11 September 2015 (RN: 15/01230) for variation of Conditions 1, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 11 of planning permission dated 18 July 2013 (RN:12/11875/FULL) for the use of the building for residential purposes (Class C3), including the provision of 31 residential units; demolition of the roof above fourth storey and construction of double pitched mansard roof extension; alterations to facades including creation of inset terraces; alterations to highway including creation of lightwells and erection of railings and installation of photovoltaic panels at roof level; revised internal configuration of flats and unit mix; pitch line of mansard increased; inclusion of lift overrun; retention of substation; new lightwell and railings on Hide Place; increase in pavement width to 2m between edge of pavement and railings on Hide Place; landscaping on corner of Hide Place and Douglas Street behind railings; omission of lightwells along Chapter Street frontage; amended window arrangement and doors to the refuse store on the Hide Place elevation; plant area, cycle store and refuse reconfigured at ground floor level; revised layout for photovoltaic cells; and inclusion of satellite dishes at roof level; Namely, to make alterations to partitions including to plots 9, 14 and 23 changing 3 x 1 bed units to 3 x 2 bed units.
