False Acacia Tree -Tree is in excess of 75' high. distance from house is less than 75'. Tree is creating excessive shade in the house and garden for most of the day as it is South of the property. neighbouring properties are also affected by loss of light. There are many dead branches particularly on one side where the neighbour's pine tree has grown into it. Removal of crown to reduce tree height by 1/3 and removal of main branch that has most of the dead branches. Prune remaining branches to maintain shape of tree.Ornamental cherry tree - low amenity value. Poor positioning in the garden. Creating additional shade/ loss of light in my property. Replant a fruit tree in a more appropriate position in the garden.
