Leylandi tree, 30 foot in height (reaches the top of the house roof) that sits on the front lawn of the premises right in front of the front door. The tree has become too big. It blocks light in the front bedroom and is starting to distort the block paving we have by the front door. Looking to fell and remove, replacing the area with turfed lawn. Note that we intend to keep the crab apple tree that also sits at the front of the house.
